A vanilla cupcake filled with pure Lotus Biscoff spread and top with buttercream frosting mixed with the Lotus Biscoff spread which is also called Cookie Butter.  The Lotus Biscoff spread is originally from Belgium and made from the crunchy spiced shortcrust biscuits or cookies which have been refined into a spread.
