Gluten Free Carrot Cake

For the carrot cake connoisseurs this will be one of the best, most moist carrot cake flavors you’ve ever had hands down – with freshly grated carrots, crushed pineapple, raisins and lots of spice folded into the batter and topped with cream cheese frosting.  It’s a cross between a Christmas cake and heaven in a dish – a MUST try not just for those on gluten free diets!

  • Do you want the piped buttercream carrots on the top of the cake?
  • Select how many words you want written on the cake
  • For a print or drawing, you will be required to upload a high resolution file (up to 5MB). PRINTS can be of anything, no limits here. However, DRAWINGS are done in buttercream frosting and therefore can only be a single basic clipart graphic, single logo, single cartoon character, etc. with minimal detail and no more than 4 colors. Drawings are not for textured photos or real life images. DO NOT UPLOAD IMAGE OF A CAKE YOU WANT US TO REPLICATE. Only provide us a single image that you want drawn or printed on the top of your cake.
  • Choose to add a cluster of 3 flowers.
  • The Cakeroom Bakery is not a gluten-free restaurant and cannot ensure that cross contamination will never occur. We have processes in place to minimize that happening but there may be gluten in the air in our bakery. Please be advised that all of our foods are prepared in a common kitchen and that the Cakeroom Bakery cannot guarantee that cross-contact with other gluten-containing products will not occur. For our gluten free products, we only use gluten free flour to make your product. If you are a Celiac and/or highly sensitive, please know that we will do our best but cannot guarantee your order will not touch gluten somewhere in the process. As a result, we cannot recommend this for people with Celiac Disease. Our gluten-free offerings are designed for those with minor gluten sensitivities or those who prefer to avoid gluten for nutritional reasons. Therefore, with this disclaimer and warning, we will not accept responsibility for any reaction that you may have with this product.
