A tres leches cake, also known as pan tres leches, is a sponge cake—soaked in 3 kinds of milk: evaporated milk, condensed milk, and whole milk. Sold whole in a 9 x 13 inch aluminum tin pan or you can bring in your own pyrex for better presentation purposes. Serves 12-15 people
