Chocolate Flourless Torte

The Cakeroom Bakery is not a gluten-free restaurant and cannot ensure that cross contamination will never occur. We have processes in place to minimize that happening but there may be gluten in the air in our bakery. Please be advised that all of our foods are prepared in a common kitchen and that the Cakeroom Bakery cannot guarantee that cross-contact with other gluten-containing products will not occur. For our gluten free products, we only use gluten free flour to make your product. For our chocolate torte, we use no flours at all. If you are a Celiac and/or highly sensitive, please know that we will do our best but cannot guarantee your order will not touch gluten somewhere in the process. As a result, we cannot recommend this for people with Celiac Disease. Our gluten-free offerings are designed for those with minor gluten sensitivities or those who prefer to avoid gluten for nutritional reasons.
