We require 48 HOUR advance notice for most on-line orders (unless stated otherwise). BUT IF NEXT DAY IS NEEDED – You have 2 options: You may call the bakery at 202-450-4462 to place your order with our staff during business hours (but please note that a $10 booking admin fee may be incurred with orders taken by phone if they are complicated or custom design orders) or complete the on-line delivery/pickup form and select the date override rush option below the calendar. Please note that ONLY some designated desserts are eligible for this next day option, and the on-line order must submitted by 5pm the day before. Please note that there will be a rush order surcharge of $15 for next day pickup orders and $30 for next day delivery orders either over the phone or on-line.

A light, fragrant lemon cake infused with delicate lavender flakes, creating a subtle floral note that beautifully balances the citrus brightness. Each slice is finished with a silky lemon zest buttercream, adding a fresh, tangy sweetness that enhances the cake’s refreshing flavor. Elegant, aromatic, and irresistible.

Cake Border Decorations*
Add a special border decoration in the same buttercream frosting as the cake either on the top perimeter, bottom perimeter or both. Shell or dot borders offered. Note: The shell border is the classic buttercream frosting border.

Add a print or drawing on your cake
For a print or drawing, you will be required to upload a high resolution file (up to 5MB). PRINTS can be of anything, no limits here. However, DRAWINGS are done in buttercream frosting and therefore can only be a single basic clipart graphic, single logo, single cartoon character, etc. with minimal detail and no more than 4 colors. Drawings are not for textured photos or real life images. DO NOT UPLOAD IMAGE OF A CAKE YOU WANT US TO REPLICATE. Only provide us a single image that you want drawn or printed on the top of your cake.

Only provide us a single image that you want drawn on your cake whereas you can have multiple characters for an image that needs to be printed.

Add an Ombre color effect
Ombre is a beautiful color gradient that blends one shade into another on the sides of your cake, with the darker hue at the bottom fading to lighter at the top. If you choose the ombre effect, please note that it cannot be combined with stripes, polka dots, or border designs. You can select the color graduation next.

Choose your ombre color options which are the blending of one color hue to another. Darker color starts at the bottom. The RAINBOW option features six distinct rainbow colors rather than a blended ombre effect.
